Welcome the The Days of Green. Located in Cave Creek Arizona. We are a Table Top Adventure group for ages 9 and up. We are a faith based group, encouraging in depth in faith and storytelling. Come join us at the table.
What is TTRPG D&D and DC20?
TTRPG is a combination of Storytelling and Table Type Board Game. Kids will follow the narrative story built by me the GM. They will create characters to adventure in the world through theater of the mind. We focus on collaborative storytelling, creative thinking, improvisation. We use a newer system similar to Dungeons and Dragons called DC20. DC20 is a simple as “You tell me what you want to do and we roll a 20 sided dice. If the number you roll is high then what you wanted to happen most often happens, but if you roll a low number then we get to tell a fun story of how it doesn’t go so well.” When we get more into the rules kids get 4 actions to take on there turn to face off against the creatures that plague the fantasy world they inhabit. They are on a hero’s quest to solve through stories and puzzles. TTRPGS are a great way for kids to connect with their peers and have fun creating a world similar to video games but gain the benefit of sitting around a fun supportive table.

Intro Session
All kids planning to join a campaign are expected to go through the Intro Session. In this 1 time 3 hour session, kids will build their characters and learn the mechanics of the game. Ran on Saturday, time TBD

Games and Price

Our game world is set in a fantasy realm similar to Lord of the Rings or The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. Kids will be able to level up their character through their knowledge of the game mechanics. We utilize DC20 game mechanics. They involve a 20 sided dice roll to determine the outcome. Out of combat is story driven and in combat utilizes character building features and dynamic battle map strategy. We encourage kids on their choice of words. We want to foster the idea for story and less on the video game mechanics to kill everything.

Kids joining Campaign are expected to go through the Intro Session. They will develop a character and learn the game mechanics in this starter session. Session last for 3 hours and is offered on Saturdays. Time TBD.

Hello my name is Andrew. I have been a Game Master for 10 years. Most of my experience comes from running camp programs and education and teaching for 6 years. I am a father and husband to a wonderful family. Ive always had a fascination with storytelling and group shared gameplay. We run Tabletop adventures in the Cave Creek, Carefree, Phoenix Area Locally. This will be our first year and we look forward to it all.
